Depending on the product ordered, shipping times will vary. Shipping amounts are quoted when items are added to cart unless you are located out of the United States, we may have to contact you for additional international costs.

Original Paintings

Worldwide shipping is available! Please contact jennivers.studio@gmail.com shipping requests outside of the Australia.

Original paintings will ship within 3 days using an insured and trackable shipping carrier.

Art prints made to order

Print are made-to-order and take 1-3 weeks depending on the type of print purchased. Large canvas prints will take the longest, generally about 3 weeks. Our production print partner are partnered with 40+ shipping providers like DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, Blue Dart, ZTO Express, etc., all over the world. You can see the available shipping option when checking out in cart.

If there is damage occurred during shipping, refunds and returns will be organized with no expense to the purchaser. It is important to contact us by email at Jennivers.studio@gmail.com immediately if your item is received damaged with 7 days of receipt.
